Federation recognises the particular needs, challenges and pressures faced by our members who are principals.

The Principals’ Conference will provide an opportunity to explore and seek advice on a range of topics in a collegial setting, network with colleagues and discuss emerging school-based issues. The conference aims to provide information, support and advice on key issues confronting school leaders.

As in previous years, the conference will address current issues at the state and national level as well as topics relevant to the work of principals through a combination of keynote presentations, workshops and seminars.

This will be a Trade Union Training conference. Principals of P5 and P6 schools may request assistance for relief. It will not be possible, due to the large numbers and costs, to provide relief for all participants.

Please note that due to the significant costs in rebooking flights, Federation has implemented a policy whereby costs associated with changes to flights for personal reasons will be borne by the individual.
